D、轿厢平面布局和外形：为节省面积需合理布局，采用双扇偏开自动门，对重侧置的方案比较台理。井道宽1200mm对应轿厢宽850mm开门宽度700mm。

F、驱动和控制系统：目前市场驱动方式：链轮驱动，液压驱动，曳引驱动，无齿轮驱动，螺杆驱动。采用无齿轮驱动和链轮驱动。

G、出人口的安全性：门故障占电梯故障的比例较大．一旦门前保护失效或失灵，后果严重，特别是不带轿厢门的别墅梯应重点关注。

八、速度适宜：因家庭楼层不多不高，有老人和行动不便者使用。速度不易过快。2层0．25m／s，3层以上0.3~0.5m／s就可以了。
