“过去这一年,随着各地关于既有建筑加装电梯的相关政策陆续出台,我省既有建筑加装电梯数量正在不断增长。然而与民众的需求量相比,加装电梯的步伐还是有些缓慢。”近日,省特种设备安全管理协会(下文简称“省特协”)发布《四川省2017年电梯行业年度报告》(下文简称《报告》),该协会秘书长吕涛在解读报告时表示。

《报告》显示,据不完全统计,我省符合加装条件的既有建筑约4万栋。这部分建筑多在上世纪八十年代至九十年代建造,居住着大量的老年人,因此,对这些既有建筑采取适老性改造,加装电梯有着现实需要。

旧楼加装电梯,解决技术问题是第一步。业内分析,随着《四川省既有建筑电梯增设及改造技术规程》等一系列文件的出台,既有建筑加装电梯的技术难题已经突破,但省特协在调研中发现,实际加装成功的例子不算多。以达州为例,目前在该市建设局办理开工手续的有230台左右,已验收的有90台,安装完毕的不到计划安装数量的4成。
